Then
I've been developing software since the 70's, when you stuffed a deck of punch cards into a card hopper and got a mountain of folded green-bar paper out. Then came green screens, one color and ASCII were your palette. Cobol, Fortran, C, dBase, FoxPro, Clipper (loved Classy), and too much VB.
Now
I now find my joy in interactive web and desktop applications, specializing in Flex, Air and .Net, doing everything from multi-touch kiosks and RIA desktop apps, to full-out dynamic commerce websites.
And Beyond
I am fortunate doing what I love. And I'm happiest when I'm creating something that serves a purpose to others lives. I do have a full-time job, but will take on contract projects from time to time. The type of projects I work on are new companies looking to build their web site or application, requiring web/UI design and information architecture, dynamic content management setup, and require some creative coding.
